The Central Bureau of Investigation has confirmed that the 19 year old Dalit woman was gangraped by four upper class men in Hathras on the 14th of September. The CBI has filed a charge sheet against the accused. The men involved in the crime are Sandeep, Luvkush, Ravi and Ramu. The victim had been admitted in the Safdarjung Hospital post the incident where she died on the 29th of September.
