The mortgage company HDFC Ltd on Wednesday, entered into agreements with Renaissance Investment Solutions ARC for an acquisition of 20% stake accounting to a sum of Rs 49.8 lakh in the company. Renaissance Investment will commence asset reconstruction only after receipt of approval from RBI. Renaissance Investment is a newly incorporated private limited company certificated on October 28, 2020.
