‘Heartstopper’ will comeback with it’s third installment; Watch the announcement post

Here’s everything you need to know about “Heartstopper”.

Season 2 Preview

The show’s creator, Alice Oseman Oseman, told Netflix’s Tudum, “Season 3 will drive the story through Season 3 as Nick begins to understand the extent of Charlie’s mental health issues, as Season 2 ended.” Heartstopper will always be a happy programme that inspires hope, but I’m also incredibly happy that the show’s tone is evolving as our cherished characters become older. Nick, Charlie, and the Heartstopper teens are growing older, discovering more about themselves and one another, and going through new phases of desire, fear, and delight as they come closer to maturity. This includes discussions on mental health, sex, goals for college, and other topics.

Best friends Elle (Yasmin Finney), Tao (William Gao), Tara (Corinna Brown), Darcy (Kizzy Edgell), and Isaac (Tobie Donovan) will be rooting for the couple as they advance their relationship. Sebastian Croft, who portrayed Ben, is one cast member who has stated that they would not be coming back for the third season. It shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise because, at the end of season two, he told Charlie that he was going to leave because he had hurt him so badly. Without Kit Connor and Joe Locke reprising their roles as Nick and Charlie, Heartstopper would undoubtedly not be the same, therefore it was always inevitable that our main duo would return.
