Hero MotoCorp has launched the Hero Xtreme 125R, which starts at Rs 95,000 (ex-showroom). The new Xtreme 125R is designed to expand the company’s 125cc lineup, which already includes the Glamour, Super Splendor and Super Splendor Xtec.
Hero Xtreme 125R Features
The Hero Xtreme 125R is powered by a new 125cc SPRINT motor with EBT (engine balancer technology), which provides smooth power response and instant torque. The engine produces 11.4bhp and the motorbike accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in 5.9 seconds. The Hero Xtreme 125R has a stated mileage of 66kmpl.
The Hero Xtreme 125R comes with a lightweight, heavy-duty diamond-type frame. It features a telescopic front suspension and a seven-step adjustable monoshock in the back. The motorcycle’s wheels are alloy, and the rear tyre is the widest in its class at 120/80 section. It has a segment-first single-channel ABS and a 276mm front disc.
The Hero Xtreme 125R’s notable features include a segment-first projector LED headlight, LED winkers and taillight a small muffler and a segment-first wheel cover. The motorbike also has a large LCD instrument cluster with a gear position indication and Bluetooth connection for call and SMS notifications. There is also a hazard lamp.
Colour options for the Hero Xtreme 125R include Firestorm Red, Cobalt Blue, and Stallion Black. The Hero Xtreme 125R pricing varies depending on the variant.
