Hrithik Roshan recently visited Sri Lanka to attend a grand event ahead of the release of his much-anticipated film, War 2. The actor was present for the launch of a luxury resort named City of Dreams, where he interacted with fans, posed for photos, and even danced to songs from his upcoming film.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Hrithik shared a series of pictures from the event. Dressed in a black formal suit paired with brown shoes and sleek black glasses, the Bollywood star looked effortlessly stylish. Captioning the post, he wrote, “Thank you Sri Lanka for a memorable evening. See you soon in the cinemas. 14th Aug #WAR2.”
Fans flooded the comments with admiration. While one called him the “Greek God for a reason,” another wrote, “Speechless…” A fan from Sri Lanka shared an emotional note, calling it a “dream come true” to interact with the star. “Sir, your eyes sparkle! Thank you for visiting our beautiful island,” they added.
A video from the event also surfaced online where Hrithik can be seen grooving to the title track of Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai and performing the hook step of War 2’s first track, Aavan Jaavan.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 is part of YRF’s Spy Universe and features Jr NTR in his Bollywood debut, alongside Kiara Advani and Ashutosh Rana. The film is set for release on August 14, clashing with Rajinikanth’s Coolie.
