Hyundai India’s No. 1 priority is low cost electric vehicle

Hyundai managing Director S.S. Kim said that creating a low-cost electric vehicle is the company’s “No. 1 priority” for the future.

“We have the product and the technology, and we are reviewing the Indian market condition and the infrastructure situation here. We will come up with some options, which will be the best for the Indian market. It’s a No.1 priority in our future strategy,” Kim said.

South Korean carmaker’s local unit will zero in on giving mobility services instead of simply selling vehicles, close by offering carefully associated products to stay up with evolving needs.

Producing electric vehicles will assume a vital part of the organization’s achievement in India.
