Vinod Paul, a Niti Aayog member on Saturday (21 November 2020) said, India is likely to grant an emergency authorisation of Oxford’s Coronavirus vaccine to Adar Poonawalla’s Serum Institute(SII) after Astrazeneca gets approval from the UK government. He also added that the phase-III clinical trials of the Coronavirus vaccine will be over by January-February 2021.
