
India to make a history with more than 24 crore vaccine doses administered so far under nationwide vaccination drive. More than 3.42 crore beneficiaries of age group 18-44 have been vaccinated so far with more than 31 lakh doses administered till 7 pm today. The progression of COVID-19 vaccine doses organized in the country crossed 20 crores since last month.
In the past 7 days there has been seen a decline in the cases after the second wave which had the maximum cases since May 13, 2021.
India today reported less than 1 lakh cases in the second consecutive day which has registered 92,956 cases in last 24 hours.

As per sources, 44 crore more vaccines have been ordered by the Health Ministry after announcing free vaccines for citizen over 18+ from June 21 on International Yoga Day. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare issued a fresh order for 25 crore doses of Covishield and 19 crore doses of Covaxin.
This 25+19 crore vaccines will be available till December 2021 starting from today. The Union Government has also planned to vaccinate all 18+ citizens by the end of December 2021.
As per the new notifications by the union ministry, the prices for the vaccines have been fixed for the private hospitals to charge. Covishield, Covaxin, and Sputnik is fixed at at Rs 780, Rs 1,410, and Rs 1,145 per dose, respectively.
