The recent mission of boycotting trade activities via Chinese markets had led Chinese traders to suffer a loss of Rs 40,000 crore in Indian markets on the occasion of diwali. Whereas, the Indian traders witnessed turnover of Rs 72,000 crore on Diwali amid the pandemic. The data was collected considering 20 states of India as mentioned by The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT).
