In the launch of the second phase of the Rupay card scheme on friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that India will soon send Bhutan’s satellite to space next year. Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) will start training four Bhutanese space engineers in december.He also congratulated Bhutan for 11,000 transactions under the rupay card scheme.
