Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane awarded army troops by giving them 12 Chief’s Commendation Cards. The act became a morale booster to the troops deployed in the icy heights of Eastern Ladakh at the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
The Army Chief visited the LAC on Wednesday in the chilly weather where the temperature was close to -25 degrees.
