General Manager of Northern Railways, Ashutosh Gangal informed that the Indian Railway has installed a new fog safety device in trains to help the drivers tackle with poor visibility due to fog in winter season.
A new fog sensing devices have been placed in between the gaps of the signals & location booklets are provided, if the signal is not visible the drivers are to modify the speed of the train until the object becomes visible and then proceed.
