The Ministry of Railways has organised Hindi workshops for its employees so that they can communicate better with the passengers on board. There is a majority for people who prefer to communicate in Hindi rather than any other launguage and find this launguage easy to adapt. A total of 707 workshops have been organized in which 15,205 railway officers and employees took part. Indian Railways also giving preference to Hindi as it serves respect to our mother tongue.
