The Infinix Hot 50 Pro, owned by China’s Transsion Holdings, was launched in global markets as the brand’s latest 4G offering. The new Hot series phone comes in three colours and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G100 SoC with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.
The Infinix Hot 50 Pro has a 6.78-inch display and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery. The new smartphone sports an IP54 grade for water and dust resistance and a 50-megapixel rear camera.
Features of the Infinix Hot 50 Pro
The dual SIM (nano) Infinix Hot 50 Pro runs Android 14-based XOS 14.5 and has a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,436 pixels) AMOLED IPS LTPS display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 1,800nits peak brightness. The display features a hole punch cutout for selfie shooters and always-on support. The handset is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 SoC, which comes with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage.
The onboard storage can be upgraded up to 2TB with a microSD card, and the memory may be virtually enlarged to 16GB. The Infinix Hot 50 Pro’s rear camera configuration consists of a 50-megapixel Hi-5022Q primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary shooter. The 8-megapixel camera handles selfies and video chats. It has also integrated Infinix AI features. The Infinix Hot 50 Pro supports Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, FM Radio, a 3.5mm audio jack, OTG, USB Type-C, and Wi-Fi. The onboard sensors include an e-compass, G-sensor, gyroscope, light sensor, and proximity sensor.
It includes an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication and is IP54 rated. The phone features two speakers that support DTS Sound and Hi-Res audio. The Infinix Hot 50 Pro is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 33W rapid charging capabilities. It is 7.4 mm thick and weighs 190 grammes.
Price of the Infinix Hot 50 Pro
The price and availability of the Infinix Hot 50 Pro have yet to be revealed. It’s available in Glacier Blue, Sleek Black, and Titanium Grey hues.
