Instakart Services has been accused for allegedly using fake GST invoices to avail the tax credit of Rs 21 crores since July, 2017. The fake invoices were issued by 2 vendors who are engaged in manpower supply.
However, Instakart has has denied all these allegations against them and claimed to have paid every invoice of the vendors concerned through banking transactions and all documents & evidence regarding the matter has been submitted to the officials. Instakart has also filed a writ petition in the Delhi High Court regarding the matter.
