Samson looks in good form as he greets Krunal Pandya with a flighted drive over midwicket for a boundary and finishes the over with a strong pull via square leg. The pitch seems to be ideal for batting, with the ball landing nicely mostly on bat.
Samson eventually reaches the third man boundary when he shoots Boult first over the bowler’s head and then to the third man boundary with a smooth tip. Rajasthan for the final flair with 14 runs from the over.
As Mumbai has continued to hold the burden on Rajasthan, Boult flames in an outstanding yorker and eliminates Samson. Dube, on the other hand, links one and deploys Boult for a full out over long-on to get the 150 up.
