On Monday, Chennai Super Kings defeated Rajasthan Royals by 45 runs in the 12th match of the IPL 2021. CSK’s exceptional bowling attack restricted Rajasthan for 143 for 9 in 20 overs.
During the post-match interview CSK skipper, MS Dhoni was asked about his fitness, on which he stated that he might have not performed today and but he is happy that the viewers ain’t calling him unfit. He also said that he never promised to perform even when he was 24.
“When you’re playing, you don’t want anyone to say you’re unfit and I have to keep up with the younger guys, they run a lot and they are very fast but that’s challenging and keeps me up being fit” Dhoni added.
