Jasprit Bumrah goes for 56 runs in his four overs. In fact these are his most expensive figures in IPL. It is also the second most expensive spell of the IPL 2021. CSK were off to a flying start after their first opener went back early in the pavilion. Faf and Moeen took on the bowlers, even they didn’t show mercy on Mumbai Indians main pacer Jasprit Bumrah. Both of them never let Bumrah to settle from the start of the innings.
Moeen Ali and Faf du Plessis added 108 runs and gave a stage for the CSK middle order. After the two quick wickets it looked like CSK may struggle to get to 185. But Ambati Rayudu ensured to take CSK past 200 run mark. He never let any bowlers settle down, in fact with an attacking attitude he never let Bumrah to take over him. Bumrah was hit 21 runs, in the 16th over.
