IPL 2021: Maxwell joins RCB camp and is seen hitting back to back reverse sweeps

This year Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will try to lead their team above the chart by introducing new players like Glenn Maxwell, Kyle Jamieson, and Dan Christian for high price. Maxwell was sold to RCB this year for 14.25 Cr after bidding war with CSK.

Tuesday April 6, official twitter handle of RCB shared picture in which Glen Maxwell can be seen practicing the game and hitting sweep shots back to back. RCB fans will enjoy the hits and shots of this Australian cricketer.

Glenn Maxwell is undoubtedly one of the biggest hitters. In 2014 season of IPL, Maxwell hit 552 runs in 16 matches at a strike-rate of 187.75 for Kings XI Punjab, now Punjab Kings. Total he had played 82 IPL matches scoring 1,505 runs.

Also as per Video tweeted by RCB, Maxwell can be seen mingling with the new teammates and practicing for their first match against Mumbai Indians on April 09.
