Another win for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 14th edition of the VIVO IPL. Moreover, RCB also registered it’s fourth ten wickets win to become the only team to do so in the history of IPL.
Bangalore claimed its first ten-wicket win in the year 2010 playing against Rajasthan Royals, while they reclaimed it in the 2015 edition facing Delhi Daredevils (Delhi Capitals now).
Three years later, RCB once again manifested a win by ten wickets against Kings Xl Punjab (now Punjab Kings). Finally, history repeated itself at the Wankhede Stadium in 2021 when RCB once again scripted a ten-wicket win against Rajasthan Royals.
This time it was this young lad, Devdutt Padikkal (101*) accompanied by skipper Kohli(72*), who accomplished this glorious milestone for RCB with ease.
