After AB de Villiers match winning knock of 48 runs against Mumbai Indians in the first game of the 2021 season. Sanjay Manjrekar, the former indian cricketer and now a important commenter in the Indian commentary scenes, was praising AB de Villiers for his brilliant knock against the MI team, how the knock was important to the squad and how it changed the game completely.
Manjrekar said if there is any adjective better than ‘genius’ then that should be reserved for AB de Villiers.
