Iran allegedly carried out a ‘surgical strike’ in Pakistan to liberate their men who were imprisoned in the country.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) conducted an intelligence operation and rescued two soldiers that were held captive by Baloch terrorists. IRGC in a statement said, “A successful operation was carried out Tuesday night to rescue two kidnapped border guards who were taken as hostages by Jaish ul-Adl organisation two and a half years ago.” The statement also said that the soldiers have been successfully sent to Iran.
Jaish ul-Adl is declared a terrorist group by Tehran. They claim to fight for the rights of Baloch Sunnis in Iran and are chasing an armed struggle against the Iranian government.
