Devil is a horror-thriller film directed by Mysskin’s brother Aathityaa, who is most known for Savarakathi (2018). Devil centres on Hema (Poorna). Her recentlywed husband, Alex (Vidharth), ignores her because, unbeknownst to her, he is having an affair with his employee, Sophia. After a car accident, Hema meets Arun one day and they become friends. There is more to it than meets the eye, though. Due to its erratic script, Devil’s convoluted plot garnered negative reviews upon its theatrical debut. The performers’ performances drew harsh criticism as well, which contributed to the movie’s box office collapse.
Devil marked Mysskin’s debut as a music director. He also stars in the movie. Adith Arun and Subhashree Rayaguru play important roles in the movie as well.
