The film, which is billed as a coming-of-age tale, aims to take audiences on a trip through the struggles and victories of puberty against the backdrop of late 1990s India. The main character, Vivek, portrayed by Bodhisattva Sharma, struggles with the demands of academic achievement. Along with the difficulties of adolescent love and the complexity of family life, he is working hard to pass the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) admission exam. All India Rank has a heartwarming plot with an outstanding cast that includes Samta Sudiksha, Shashi Bhushan, and Geeta Agrawal. Additionally, Saadat Khan, Neeraj, Ayush Pandey, and Sheeba Chaddha complete the group.

In a promotional video that he posted to his social media accounts, Varun Grover showed off how excited he was for the movie’s premiere. “This is my first film as a director,” he said, “so please watch it and let me know how you liked it.” Produced by Sanjay Routray and Sarita Patil, the movie has gone viral in international film festivals. It had its debut at the Rotterdam International Film Festival. In addition, it was screened at festivals like the Dharamshala International Film Festival and the MAMI Film Festival.
