India successfully launched its all-weather earth imaging satellite EOS-01 intended for applications in farming, forestry and disaster management support, along with 9 international satellites, from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Andhra Pradesh’s Sriharikota on November 7. The satellites were launched by India’s Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle C49. It was the first launch for ISRO after the COVID-19 pandemic delayed its schedules.
