So that’s for other people. That’s what I feel,” he said. He explained that he’s focused on controlling what he can in his life, especially by prioritizing his work, family, and friends. After his breakthrough role in Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk in 2016, Joe’s life has changed significantly. He said, “Right from the beginning, I tried to focus on the things that are meaningful for me: friends, family, work, of course.” He added that, like many public figures, he’s learned to ignore outside noise.
Looking ahead to 2025, Joe expressed optimism about the future, saying he feels great and lucky to be in a good place. When it comes to his relationship with Taylor, the two met shortly after Joe’s role in Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk, and their connection was immediate. They dated for seven years before parting ways in April 2023.
