Jorginho thinks Frank Lampard wasn’t ready for the Chelsea job

The recent sacking of club legend and manager Frank Lampard during the mid-season and after a horrible run of 18 months and a terrible start of the season as Chelsea found themselves at ninth position in the table Frank Lampard is back the news as Chelsea player Jorginho commented that it was too soon for the midfielder to take up the manager job and he wasn’t ready for it. Since his departure, Thomas Tuchel has taken his place and Chealsea has found some good form as currently, they sit on the 4th position in the table and are in the race to qualify for the Champions League.

Jorginho stated, “Look, I’ll be really sincere here on Frank Lampard. I believe given he was a legend at the club, he skipped some steps necessary for learning before moving to a big club”.

Twitter went crazy over this comment as fans told that Lampard got a taste of his own medicine as he made similar comments after the departure of Andre Villas-Boas in 2014.
