Juhi Chawla’s plea against 5G is dismissed by Delhi High Court as they calls it her attempt to gain ‘Media Publicity’ and fined her heavy penalty of Rs. 20 lakhs

Earlier this week on Monday, the Bollywood actor Juhi Chawla and social workers Veeresh Malik and Teena Vachani walked the High Court, claiming that 5G technology endangers to provoke serious radiation impact on humans and permanent damage to natural ecosystems. “Plaintiff has no personal knowledge of the plaint. I am surprised,” the judge said.

The Delhi High Court on Friday terminated actor Juhi Chawla’s petition against 5G technology’s ‘consequence on humans and environment,’ stating that the petition was filed for media publicity. The court has also imposed a penalty of  20 lakh on the petitioner payable to the Delhi state legal services authority.

While dismissing the petition, the court reached down harshly on the petitioners and said that the plea had been stuffed with unnecessary material where the complainant does not have any awareness about the facts. Stating that actress shared the link of the hearing beforehand on her official social media account, the court said that the plaintiff had filed the suit of for media publicity.

The court has also published notice of contempt against the person who had intruded the proceedings and asked the Delhi police officer to identify that person.

An anonymous person disrupted proceedings of the Delhi high court three times on Wednesday, until he was muted and finally eliminated from the online hearing because the participant did not stop singing songs from popular films of Juhi Chawla.
