Juhi Chawla’s virtual hearing against the implementation of 5G, unidentified people interrupt thrice

The virtual hearing on actress Juhi Chawla’s suit against implementation of 5G was set on June 2, Wednesday. The meeting took place on WebEx platform and was interrupted repeatedly thrice when unidentified people began singing songs from Juhi’s movies.

Someone entered and started singing songs like ‘Meri Banno Ki Aayegi Baraat’. The users appeared with names like ‘Manisha Koirala’ and ‘Jahnvi’ on the screen.

The high court ordered the removal of such people from the virtual meeting. Justice Midha ordered his staff to identify the persons so that strict action can be taken against them.

Chawla had shared the link to the virtual hearing on her Twitter and Instagram accounts.

She wrote on twitter, “Hum…tum aur 5G! 😁👍.If you do think this concerns you in anyway, feel free to join our first virtual hearing conducted at Delhi High Court, to be held on 2nd June, 10.45 AM onwards 🙏 “

Later, the courtroom was ‘locked’ by the court staff to not allow any participant to unmute themselves.

The hearing went on smoothly thereon.

The High Court termed the suit as “very shocking” and a publicity stunt. The court addressed Chawla, “You could have gone to the government asking for the same relief.”
