Actor Kajal Aggarwal shared a picture of her and her businessman husband on her official Instagram handle the post left us all in an ‘aww’ moment. The newlyweds were seen having a pleasant time in their house. In the post, the couple were seen sharing a cute moment- as they cuddle each other while sitting on a staircase with their arms wrapped around each other, and both were in their casual attires. The post was captioned as ‘Husband appreciation post’.
In an interview with Vogue Kajal mentioned that she and her Gautam were friends for seven years and then dated for three more years before they decided to get hitched, and they both progressed in every stage of being friends and been very important in each other’s lives.
Further, she also revealed that both used to show up at each other social party and the important professional endeavour. “As lockdown happened we didn’t see each other for few weeks at best-we would catch a glimpse behind a mask at a grocery store, that’s when we realised that we wanted to be together”, she added.
The couple tied the knot in an intimate wedding on October 30 last year and then went to the Maldives for their honeymoon vacation. Kajal Agarwal in an interview spoke about all the precaution they took for their Covid wedding. She says, “We strictly followed covid safety guidelines which meant we had a very small wedding, got all our guest tested for Covid-19 and created a bubble for everyone who was part of our celebrations”.
