Bollywood diva Karsima Kapoor and mother Babita Kapoor have sold off their luxurious 10th floor apartment in Khar, Mumbai for ₹ 10.1 crore. The actress has joined the club of celebrities and industrialists who are making the most of a cut stamp duty and the consequent real estate explode in India’s financial capital.
The apartment comprises of 1610 sq ft and it was registered on 24th December, 2020. As per the media reports, Karisma paid a stamp duty of Rs 20.22 lakh. The flat is located in Rose Queen, Khar (We),Damani and has two car parkings. The new buyer of the property is named Abha Damani.
