The police present in Jammu and Kashmir have arrested almost 635 overground militant associates in the year 2020. Quite a lot of them have been booked under the arms act of the Indian Law and are therefore behind bars for a long time. As per the study, as many as 200 militants are still present in Kashmir and they are actively planning attacks, among which 80 are considered to be foreigners.
