A Kerala High Court division bench of Justices Sathish Ninan and P Krishna Kumar will hear on Monday, 26 October, the appeals of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s family against the single judge’s order directing a Vigilance FIR in the CMRL-Exalogic case, DT Next reported.
The Enforcement Directorate had summoned Vijayan to its Kochi office on 23 October. DT Next reported that he did not appear, and that he cited the Supreme Court order and the ongoing Assembly session in a letter. CPI(M) called the summons political persecution. The Supreme Court stay on the Vigilance probe is for one week.
