Clark was struck after running a red light in the city’s Avondale neighbourhood. He was found partially under the car. Kevin was declared dead soon after reaching the hospital.
Actor Jack Black who starred alongside Clark in School of Rock shared that he was shattered on hearing the news. The actor took to Instagram and posted a picture with him.
He captioned it as, “Devastating news. Kevin is gone. Way too soon. Beautiful soul. So many great memories. Heartbroken. Sending love to his family and the whole School of Rock community.”
Black and Clark reunited at a Tenacious D show in Chicago back in November 2018, where Clark gifted Black a Dreadwolf shirt— custom apparel from Clark’s own band.
