Kevin Costner gives deadline to his ex-wife to leave their Santa Barbara house – Read now

Actor Kevin Costner of “Yellowstone” has allowed his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner till a certain date to leave their luxurious property in Santa Barbara, California.

According to new court paperwork on the couple’s protracted divorce obtained by people.com, Kevin has asked Christine to vacate his separate property home by no later than July 13, 2023. In particular, Kevin has been battling for weeks to evict Christine from his Santa Barbara house.

In accordance with their prenuptial agreement, Christine was required to leave the house before 30 days had passed since the divorce filing, but she refused to do so. Kevin claimed at the beginning of June that Christine would not leave his house because she intended to compel him to comply with “various financial demands.” Through her attorney, Christine responded to the accusations by asserting that “the legal basis for Kevin’s request to evict his wife and kids from their home is all but nonexistent.”

Christine reportedly would leave the $145 million home with just one stipulation, according to recent reports. As a condition, she asked Kevin to make sure she would have enough money to sustain herself and wouldn’t be in need. Christine has asked for child support payments of $250,000.

Christine filed for divorce on April 11 due to their irreconcilable differences, according to court records, and identified that day as the date of their separation. In September 2004, the couple got hitched. Three children—two sons, Cayden, 15, and Hayes, 14, and a girl, Grace, 12—were born to them during their more than 18-year marriage.
