Kim Zolciak sued for alleged unpaid credit card bill

Kim Zolciak is making things worse for herself even while her legal process of divorce from estranged husband Kroy Biermann continues. Target National Bank, as reported by Page Six, has filed a complaint against Kim for “failing, neglecting and refusing” to make payments on a principal amount of $2,482.24 in credit card fees.

According to the reports, Zolciak has not reacted legally to the bank’s complaint. She opened the card on December 10, 2007, and made a payment of $500 on Sept. 17, 2022. Since then, TD Bank has taken over the account and is intended to be collecting the debt.

The latest action comes amid accusations that the couple owes more than $1 million in taxes to the IRS. The unpaid tax amount, according to TMZ, includes interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018.

Their Georgia mansion was also foreclosed on in February because of financial trouble. The couple reportedly defaulted on a $1.65 million loan for the property that took out in 2016. That debt was later paid, preventing the property from being auctioned.

Kim and Kroy first met in May 2010 at a charity event. They were hitched for 11 years and have 4 children together: 9-year-old twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, as well as sons Kash Kade, 10, and Kroy Jagger, 11.
