Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 box office: Kapil Sharma’s comedy drama opens to an underwhelming ₹1.75 crore on day 1

Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 has finally opened in theaters yesterday, marking Kapil Sharma’s big-screen comeback. On its first day of release, though, the film was limited. According to estimations, the comic drama opened for just Rs. 1.75 crore net, as Pinkvilla had anticipated. Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, the sequel to the popular comedy picture from 2015, suffered greatly as a result of audience ignorance and Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar’s phenomenal run.

Furthermore, neither the songs nor the trailer were able to pique the audience’s curiosity. Nonetheless, there’s a chance that the film may see some growth over the weekend and then have a respectable run at the box office, bringing its ultimate cume to a respectable level. It should complete its first weekend at between Rs. 4.75 crore and Rs. 6 crore net, based on current patterns.

How well Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 does during the week will determine its lifetime goal. In addition to facing Dhurandhar’s wrath, the Kapil Sharma movie is set to hit theaters this Friday with Avatar: Fire and Ash.

Another issue for the filmmakers is the uneven audience response to the film. There might have been some long-term potential if the film had received excellent word-of-mouth upon its premiere. Anukalp Goswami is the director of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2. Starring alongside Kapil Sharma are Ayesha Khan, Parul Gulati, Tridha Choudhury, Hira Warina, Manjot Singh, Asrani, and Sushant Singh.
