The 39-year-old Korean actor Song Jae-rim was discovered dead in his Seoul flat on November 12. There have been conjectures regarding the circumstances surrounding his death since a two-page note was found at the scene, according to reports.
He starred in television series like Moon Embracing the Sun (2012), Two Weeks (2013), and Our Gap-soon (2016–2017). He was a model before becoming an actor.
According to Xportnews, Jae-Rim’s funeral will be held in the Yeouido St. Mary’s Hospital Funeral Hall on November 14. Song started off as a runway model, collaborating with well-known designers including Ha Sang Beg, Herin Homme, and Juun. J.
Additionally, he appeared in prestigious magazines such as GQ Korea, Vogue Girl Korea, and Bazaar Korea. After switching to acting in 2009, Song became well-known for his parts in TV dramas such as I Wanna Hear Your Song (2019) and Clean with Passion for Now (2018). His fame was greatly increased when he costarred with Kim So-eun in the fourth season of We Got Married.
Song played the role of the first prince, Go Pae-eui, in the drama Queen Woo in 2024. In My Military Valentine, he also played Song Jae-hun, a member of the anti-unification group.
