The death certificate of broadcasting stalwart Larry King mentioned sepsis as the cause of death and not COVID-19 as it was assumed earlier.
King dies aged 87 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles. He was hospitalised there weeks earlier because he had contracted COVID-19. His wife Shawn Southwick King also mentioned after his death that the cause was sepsis. The death certificate mentioned two underlying health conditions namely end stage renal disease (or kidney failure) and acute hypoxic respiratory failure. His will mentions his real estate worth $2 million to be left to his children. The will left out the name of his wife Shaun.
Shawn told Entertainment Tonight that “his mind wasn’t right” and “his body was going”. In his will Larry King wrote, “In the event of my death, any day after the above date I want 100% of my funds to be divided equally among my children Andy, Chaia, Larry Jr., Chance and Cannon.”
