Two Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists were caught by the Indian security forces and were going to be encountered at Tongdounu, Kulgam. The Kashmir Police has informed us that the two terrorists have surrendered to the Indian forces after an appeal from their families. Two pistols and ammunition have been recovered from the terrorists after they surrendered. They are said to have been living locally in the region.
