Divya Bhatnagar who died due to COVID-19 complications on Monday, left a note which stated that Gagan used to torture her physically and mentally. She had written a note on 7th November, which was in her cupboard, and was found by her brother. According to Divya’s brother, “She had approached the police and filed an NC on 16th November against Gagan, following an episode of domestic abuse. I had told her to stay strong when I got to talk to her during her hospitalisation.”
