On Monday, the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 was introduced in India. The AMD Ryzen AI 7 Pro 360 processor powers the newest ThinkPad laptop from the Chinese electronics company.
It has an NPU that can perform up to 50 trillion operations per second (TOPS). With a 14-inch WUXGA screen and an 88 percent screen-to-body ratio, the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 has a battery life of more than 17 hours on a single charge.
The Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 is a Copilot+ PC, and an upcoming upgrade will grant users access to Microsoft’s most recent Windows AI technologies.
Features of Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6
The AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 360 processor and AMD Radeon 880M GPU power the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6, which is running Windows 11 Pro. To increase system productivity and efficiency, the chipset features a dedicated NPU with a 50 trillion operations per second (TOPS) capability.
It has a maximum of 1TB of PCIe Gen4 SSD storage and up to 64GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 from Lenovo features a 14-inch WUXGA (1,200×1,920 pixel) IPS anti-glare touch screen with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and 400 nits of brightness. The ratio of the screen to the body of the display is 88%. It supports Wi-Fi 7 and has a backlit keyboard.
For added security, the laptop has Lenovo’s ThinkShield technology and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. For enhanced security, the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 has a 5-megapixel infrared camera with a webcam privacy shutter and a fingerprint reader built into the power button.
Both Dolby Voice and Dolby Atmos are supported, and it has two speakers with a 2W output. Two microphones are included. Upcoming updates will bring the Copilot+ PC experience to the tablet.
The 58Wh battery that powers the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 is said to provide over 17 hours of battery life between charges. With AMD’s 4nm architecture and eight powerful ‘Zen 5’ cores, it is said to offer seamless multitasking performance.

In India, the starting price of the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 is Rs. 1,38,000. It may be bought from a few stores and on Lenovo’s India website.
