LPG prices hike by ₹25; cylinder gets ₹200 costlier in three months

LPG prices increased for the third time in a month. The prices rose by 25 per cylinder. According to the revised prices, one 14.2 kg LPG cylinder will now cost 794 in Delhi.

The LPG prices were increased by 25 on February 4, and by 50 on February 15. The cylinder will now cost 794 in Mumbai against 769 earlier. The prices in Chennai are 810,  820 in Kolkata, and 846.50 in Hyderabad.

In the past three months, the prices have hiked by 200. The price rise of LPG is backed by the rise in prices of petrol and diesel. The prices hiked by ₹100 in February and ₹100 in December, there was no hike in January.
