Madhuri Dixit promotes the significance of staying fit ahead of International Yoga Day

Madhuri Dixit Nene lately shared a video practising Bhujangasana ahead of International Yoga Day and also asked her fans to join her yoga sessions.

Ahead of International Yoga Day, held on June 21 every year, Madhuri Dixit gave us a glance at her fitness ritual.

Taking to Instagram, the actor wrote, “Yoga has always been a part of my fitness regime. As #InternationalYogaDay is coming up, I want to share some simple asanas and invite you all to join me.”

Madhuri shared this along with a video clip in which she is seen performing a yoga asana — Bhujangasana or cobra pose.

Elucidating the benefits, she further added, “Day 1 – #Bhujangasana to strengthen the spine, stimulate abdominal organs, and relieve stress & fatigue. Create a reels remix of the poses every day & join me for this special series of #DailyYogaWithMe.

Not only Madhuri Dixit, Malaika Arora too, is looking forward to International Day of Yoga. Sharing a new workout video, she announced that she will be hosting a live workout session on that day, June 21. She also motivated her fans to start working out.

On the professional front, Madhuri Dixit is currently, judge on the reality show Dance Deewane 3. The actress will also star in one of Netflix’s upcoming project, Anamika. She was last seen in Abhishek Verman’s Kalank, which had an ensemble cast including Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt.
