Bollywood star Alia Bhatt is busy juggling her personal and professional life like a pro. After playing a strong sister in Jigra (2024), she is now preparing for her high-octane action film Alpha with Sharvari Wagh. Fans will also catch a glimpse of her in War 2, alongside Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani and Jr NTR, marking her entry into the YRF spy universe.
Offscreen, Alia is enjoying her role as a mother to daughter Raha and wife to Ranbir Kapoor. Her father, veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, recently shared his thoughts about this phase of her life during The Himanshu Mehta Show. He said, “I see a new depth in her. With this young girl becoming a mother, there’s a coming-of-age of a different kind, a different kind of maturity in her. I’m also looking forward to her new films which would be coming out now.”
Mahesh also revealed what Ranbir Kapoor thinks of Alia. In his words, “He says, ‘Alia is made of different stuff.’ When I ask him, ‘What do you mean?,’ he says, ‘Her ambition to do more and more and more is unbelievably astounding!’ While he’s a person who’s very laid-back and comforted, and he just wants to do enough. She’s a go-getter.”
In addition to Alpha and War 2, Alia is set to reunite with Ranbir and Raazi co-star Vicky Kaushal in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film Love & War, which is currently under production.
