Malaika Arora rented an apartment in Mumbai for three years at a total rent of ₹1.17 crore, as per property registration documents discovered by SquareYards. Property registration documents show that the apartment in Vida building near Carter Road in Bandra West was rented for 36 months at a monthly rate of ₹3.10 lakh.
Rent increases by 5% annually, with the second year at ₹3.25 lakh and the third year at ₹3.41 lakh. SquareYards stated that the total rental value for the three-year term is Rs. 1.17 crore. The transaction was registered on March 18, 2026, for which a stamp duty of Rs. 30,819 and registration fees of Rs. 1,000 were paid.
