City managed to get 86 points, 12 points ahead of their city rivals, Manchester United.

The Spaniard beat fellow nominees Marcelo Bielsa, David Moyes, Brendan Rodgers, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to this awards after votes from the public were combined with those of the panel of football experts to decide the winner. His team’s player, Ruben Dias was named the player of the year after his exceptional games throughout the season in the defensive line.
