The key indices settled on a flat note after reaching record highs dragged by Banks and IT. Nifty was up with 23 points or 0.18% at 13,136. Sensex stood at 44,632 with a negligible rise of 14 points. Among sectoral indices, PSU banks and metals were profitable. ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank settled for losers, while top gainers were ONGC and Hindalco.
