On Friday, benchmark indices slugged in red territory with Nifty falling by 43 points standing at 22,943. Sensex dropped at 44,149 losing 110 points or 0.25%. Tata Motors and Asian Paints were top gainers today. JSW Steel and Power Grid Corp held losers site. Auto industries showed outperforming gains.
