Miles Teller shared which role his wife, Kaleigh Sperry, wants to take up if they star in a movie together

Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Sperry, have long been fan favorites when it comes to couple goals, so the idea of seeing them share the big screen is something their supporters would love. And it turns out, that possibility isn’t entirely off the table!

While attending the premiere of his latest film, The Gorge, on February 12, 2025, Teller opened up about the prospect of working on a movie with his wife. The Whiplash star revealed that he would “love” to collaborate with Sperry on a project someday.

When asked about the kind of role she’d want to play, Teller shared her preference with a smile: “She always wants to play my wife in a movie, so I would love for that to happen.” Interestingly, Sperry has already had a small taste of acting alongside Teller—though it didn’t make it to the final cut. “She actually shot a scene in War Dogs,” he recalled. “She wasn’t my love interest, and then they cut it. No fault to hers, but I would love to do a movie [with her].”

Although they haven’t officially co-starred in a feature film yet, the couple has already shared screen time in other projects. They played a newlywed couple in Taylor Swift’s I Bet You Think About Me music video, with Swift portraying an ex who crashes the wedding. They also teamed up for a fun Super Bowl commercial in 2023.

As for The Gorge, Teller’s newest action-packed film, IMDb describes it as a story about “two highly trained operatives who become close after being assigned to protect opposite sides of a mysterious gorge. When an evil force emerges, they must work together to survive what lies within.”

The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Anya Taylor-Joy, Sigourney Weaver, Sope Dirisu, and many more. Fans eager to watch The Gorge can stream it exclusively on Apple TV+.
